Default Banned Members - 05-24-2008, 06:52 PM

Some of you have noticed that there are some members listed as "banned". Thanks for asking me about them.

These people have tried to post links to porn sites, viagra sales, and many more off-topic subjects.

We do not need that on here. The moderators and administrators are doing their best to catch these people, delete their posts, and ban them and their IP addresses.

If you see this trash before we catch it, notify me, another administrator, or a moderator immediately.
Please

update :As of 9:30 p.m., 2 June, we have caught and banned 38
We will soon start deleting them so don't be alarmed if you see the numbers dropping. The "active members" numbers will not remain the same either. Some of these spammers are listed as active because they wait weeks before posting their garbage.

update 2: I have decided to start moving the posts of banned members to this thread so that all will know who they are. The links they've used have been disabled.

We got barriers ! Just not enough, and NOT what we were promised

Question Beach in Alleppey - 07-28-2008, 01:54 AM

Marari Beach homes are 4 cottages on Marari beach in Alleppey, Kerala in South India. Ideal place for Backwater cruises on Houseboats, Ayurvedic treatments, yoga and cooking holidays. Mararikulam is a sleepy fishing village located between the port city of Cochin and Alleppey. And here, amidst the coconut groves is the Marari Resort. Like the other resorts in this hotel chain via Spice Village, Coconut Lagoon etc, Marari Beach Resort is also constructed with a strong ethnic flavor. It has 48 cottages and 3cottages with private swimming pools. The restaurant serves delectable fare, both Indian and Continental; there is a large swimming pool also on location. Activities include cruises on the backwaters nearby, visits to traditional coir-making units etc.

The Kerala backwater network includes five large lakes which includes Ashtamudi Kayal and Vembanad Kayal which is linked by 1500 km of canals both manmade and natural and fed by 38 rivers, and extending virtually the entire length of Kerala state. The backwaters are formed as a result of waves and shore currents which creates low barrier islands across the mouths of the many rivers flowing down from the Ghats. Eastern Kerala consists of land encroached upon by the Western Ghats; the region thus includes high mountains, gorges, and deep-cut valleys. The wildest lands are covered with dense forests, while other regions lie under tea and coffee plantations (established mainly in the 19th and 20th centuries) or other forms of cultivation. The Western Ghats rises on average to 1500 m elevation above sea level. Certain peaks may reach to 2500 m. Popular hill stations in the region include Devikulam, Munnar, Nelliampathi, Peermade, Ponmudi, Vagamon, Wayanad and Kottanchery Hills. Wildlife trips are informational and researchers are benefited by the extensive wildlife access in Wayanad district.
